Virabloom collects no data. Everything you enter (period dates, flow, symptoms, notes, settings) is stored only on your device in the browser/app storage (IndexedDB). There is no account, no server, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDK. The app makes no network requests for your data.
Your data is never sold, shared, or used for advertising. If you clear the app or browser data or uninstall the app, your data is deleted. You can export a backup file yourself and import it again; that file is under your control.
Apple Health (optional). If you turn it on, Virabloom reads and writes only menstrual flow in Apple Health, on your iPhone. This data is never sent to us or anyone else, never used for advertising or marketing, and never stored in iCloud by Virabloom. You can turn it off in the app or in the Health app at any time.
Partner sharing (optional). You choose what to share (for example next period dates). The app creates a calendar file, a text, or an encrypted link on your device and you send it yourself; nothing is uploaded. Encrypted links carry the data inside the link (after "#"), which browsers do not send to the website; the person needs the separate passcode. Links expire after 35 days. "Stop sharing" creates a calendar file that removes shared events; links you already sent cannot be changed.
Home-screen widget. Shows your cycle day using data stored on your device. In discreet mode it shows numbers only.
The optional PIN hides the app from casual viewing; it does not encrypt data.
Virabloom provides estimates only. It is not a medical device and must not be used as contraception.
